FAMILIES

GROWING TOGETHER
WHOMEVER YOU ARE,
WHEREVER YOU'RE FROM,
YOU'RE WELCOME HERE.
At New Hope Community Church, we believe families are an important part of the local church and God's plan to mold us into the image of His Son. While we believe it is the primary responsibility of the parents to instruct their children in the Christian life, our aim is to equip each family as they seek to grow together in the Lord. Throughout the week, there are multiple opportunities to fellowship, learn, and grow together for families in every different season of life. Come grow with us!
SUNDAY
SCHOOL
JESUS SAID, "LET THE LITTLE CHILDREN COME TO ME...."
MATTHEW 19:14
It is abundantly clear from the words of Jesus in Matthew 18:1-6 & 19:13,14 that children are greatly loved by our Lord! What would a church be without children? One of the great blessings and responsibilities God gives to us as a community of believers is to model faith and godliness for our children while instructing them in the ways of the Lord.
While we believe it is the primary responsibility of the parents to instruct their children in the Christian life, it is our desire at New Hope to help strengthen and support families, as well as to provide spiritual nurturing for children, who for various reasons, have little opportunity to learn about God.
WE DO THIS IN THE FOLLOWING WAYS:

YOUTH
“Therefore, as you received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk in him, rooted and built up in him and established in the faith, just as you were taught, abounding in thanksgiving.”
COLOSSIANS 2:6-7
We are a community of believers who share the hope of Christ, walking together in faith and friendship. Our student ministry exists to empower youth to have a faith of their own, encouraging young people to become disciples of Jesus, pursue a personal relationship with God, and participate in His work alongside the greater community of Christ.
We offer groups for both Middle School and High School students, meeting on Sunday mornings and Wednesday evenings to help students grow spiritually and deepen their understanding of God, Scripture, and their faith.
Throughout the year, we also host events that build connections, create lasting memories, and inspire students to live out their faith in everyday life.

UPCOMING YOUTH EVENTS:
AWANA
Awana is a regular Bible club that seeks to teach children the Gospel through Scripture memory, fellowship, teachings, and more! Our goal is to raise up children who can become leaders in their faith, equipping them to share the Gospel with those around them. Each club night, the kids participate in group teaching, game time, and the opportunity to share Bible verses they have memorized during the week.
Our club meets on the 1st, 3rd, and 5th Wednesday Evenings, from 6:15p - 8:00p.

OUR PROGRAMS

CUBBIES
AGES 3 - 5
Our Cubbies program seeks to help our preschool-aged children learn about Who God is by memorizing His Word through games, songs, and fun crafts.

SPARKS
GRADES K - 2
At Sparks, we spend time each week growing in our relationships with God by memorizing Scripture, playing games, and singing songs of praise to the Lord.

T & T
GRADES 3 - 5
T&T stands for Truth and Training. Each week, we work to see young people know truth and train them in their ability to share that truth with others in love.
